This is the launch event for the 16 Days of Activism against GBV. ZUNA’s long term partner Shamwari yeMwanasikana came through to give a very interactive session and ZUNA would officially launch its short video competition. This witnessed High Schools sending through short videos which were in line with the activism idea and the video which would get the highest number of likes would win the competition.










ZUNA clubs came to share their experiences and a wonderful time was had at our Prize giving day at the end of the 16 Days of Activism Video Competition.












Mr Josphat Chikoti, our Human Rights and Peace Officer managed to undergo a 3day training workshop which was being facilitated by our partner organization Scouts Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ). This ongoing programme aims at promoting and uplifting the young youth leaders that are working towards peace initiatives within their organizations and communities at large. The training workshop was also a buildup in preparation of the100km Messenger of Peace Walkathon that is going to happen in June from Harare to Bindura.
